1 Hour sessions starting between 8:00am & 12.00 noon
in small groups (max 4 per session) of similar ability, times will be allocated to each rider 48 hours before each session.
Members Only £25 per one hour session – Energy restoring cake provided but please bring your own after class drinks.

105-minute sessions starting from 9 am
Heights 60cm up to 105cm
